Thank you to our customers who helped to shape our Assurance Statement.
Our Assurance Statement explains how we comply with the requirements set by the Scottish Housing Regulator for Registered Social Landlords (housing associations) to meet.
We have made some changes to our Assurance Statement following feedback from customers.
The following changes were made to the improvement section:
- Made specific mention of reactive repairs because this is still an area of concern for customers
- Added a new line about making our allocation system more transparent. Customers thought this was important because we aren’t currently clearly advising applicants on the likelihood of them being moved. Moving to the new choice-based letting system via MyHome will be significantly more transparent.
The Assurance Statement was submitted to the Regulator last week and will be available on our website shortly.
