Our main repairs contractor, MPS, have advised that they are unable to continue providing a repairs service to us.
We have been given 13 weeks’ notice of their intention to withdraw their services and it is our plan to use this time to appoint another contractor.  We have already started discussions with an alternative provider and are aiming to appoint them and have them delivering our repairs service in advance of the 13 week deadline.
We will send a further update to all of our customers as soon as a new contractor has been appointed.
Given the current circumstances surrounding the coronavirus pandemic, we appreciate that this uncertainty may be unsettling for customers.  We wish to reassure you that we are doing all we can to ensure that our emergency repairs service continues unaffected and that there is a seamless transition to the new provider.
