We are running a number of information sessions to provide additional advice to customers on the operation of their Air Source Heat Pumps.

Sessions will last for approximately 45 minutes and will include:

  • A demonstration of how to use the system and ensure that customers fully understand their heating controls;

  • Advice on how to use the system effectively, including discussing comfort levels and the most efficient methods of operation;

  • Advice around connecting and using the system app;

  • Advice and guidance from our Energy Advisors on the most appropriate meters and tariffs for use with the system;

  • Questions and answers.

There will be two sessions per day on the following dates:-

  • Friday 27th May

  • Wednesday 1st June

  • Friday 10th June

  • Friday 24th June

Session 1  will take place from 9.45am to 10.30am on each of the above days.  Session 2 will take place from 10.45am to 11.30am.  Attendees should meet outside the Neighbourhood Team (Concierge) Station at the base of 29 Glenavon Road.  From here, you will be directed to a demonstration flat accompanied by Maryhill Housing staff.

Alternatively, you can sign up for a session by visiting the Neighbourhood Team (Concierge) Station at the base of 29 Glenavon Road and speaking to a member of staff.  

We respectfully request that all attendees bring a face covering to wear during the session.
