An increasing number of customers have been in contact with us to report breaches of the coronavirus (COVID-19) regulations by their neighbours.  Any such breaches MUST be reported to Police Scotland in the first instance.

Police Scotland now have an online form which allows people to report any breaches of the relevant restrictions.  You can access the form here: http://ow.ly/sYdB50CWecI

The form should be used to report ongoing breaches only - it should NOT be used to report emergencies.  If there is an emergency, please call 999.

Under the current regulations, people should not be meeting inside each others' homes or taking part in large gatherings - either indoors or outdoors.

Anyone over the age of 18 found to be in breach of the rules may be issued with a fine for £60 by Police Scotland (which is reduced to £30 if paid within 28 days).  If a person has already received a fine, the amount payable will double on the next offence.  This will continue to double on each further repeat offence up to a maximum of £960.
