We want to know your views on the level of our annual rent increase from April 2020.

We want to ensure that our rents remain affordable to those in housing need, are comparable with other landlords in the area and cover our running costs and future provision for major repairs and improvements.
Last year we provided customers with options to reduce their overall rent increase. This year, we were unable to identify any meaningful savings options without impacting on service delivery. We are therefore simply proposing to apply an increase of 3% from 1st April 2020.

All responses will be considered by the Maryhill Housing Board who will make a decision in January 2020 on the level of rent increase that will apply to all customers. Customers will be notified of their new rents in February 2020.
