We would like your feedback on the options proposed for the rent increase in April 2024.
Maryhill Housing applies a rent increase each year on 1st April. We are required by law to consult tenants about any proposed change. We must also explain what different rent options may mean.
The letter and leaflet that tenants will receive in the post this week are the start of the consultation period. The Board of Maryhill Housing will decide on next year’s rent increase in January 2024. It will take into account the views of tenants when it makes that decision. Tenants will get at least four weeks’ notice of any increase to their rent.
Once you have read the letter and the leaflet, we would appreciate it if you could take part in our rent consultation and have your say on the rent options proposed.
