Every three years, we ask customers to take part in a Customer Satisfaction Survey to get your views on the services we provide and how these could be improved.
 
As part of our 2021 Customer Satisfaction Survey, we also specifically want to hear about your experiences of the services/support we offered during the COVID-19 pandemic.
 
All of the feedback we receive will be used to identify key improvements and to shape how we deliver our services in the future. 
 
To keep the survey independent, we have commissioned a company called Knowledge Partnership to run it for us.
 
All customers with an email address on our system will receive a copy of the survey by email first.  If there is no reply to the emailed version, you will then be sent a postal copy.  All customers without an email address on our system will receive a postal copy.
 
Knowledge Partnership will also be calling customers to make sure we have at least a 50% response rate – this will be from an 0131 number so please answer when they call you!
