We’re pleased to announce the launch of our new reactive repairs service, delivered in partnership with Bell Group.
Over the past few months, we’ve been working closely with Bell Group, taking on board feedback from customers, staff and other stakeholders to help shape the new service.
The new contract officially started today, Wednesday 1st October 2025.
What this means for you
From now on, when you report a repair in your home, it will be Bell Group who visit to carry out the work.
All Bell Group staff will carry identification. Please don’t hesitate to ask to see their ID before letting them into your home. If you have any questions or concerns, you can contact us on 0141 946 2466.
After your repair is completed, you’ll receive a short survey by text or email. We’d really appreciate your feedback — it helps us to keep improving the service.
We’re excited to begin this new partnership and hope you’ll find the service efficient, reliable and helpful.
