Maryhill Housing has published an updated Tenant Handbook, bringing together key information to help tenants understand their rights, responsibilities and the services available to them.
The handbook is your guide to the essential things you need to know about your home and covers important aspects of tenancy management, including rent payments, transfers and exchanges, repairs reporting, home safety, anti-social behaviour, pets, gardens, adaptations and the complaints process.
It also highlights support available through the Maryhill Helps initiative, which provides access to welfare advice, money-saving incentives, community activities and tenancy support services.
