At Maryhill Housing, we believe in putting our customers at the heart of everything we do. Our Customer Insight & Engagement Plan sets out how we will ensure our customers shape the services that we deliver. It aims to make sure that that our approaches and decisions are based around your needs and priorities.

Our plan also sets out how we will focus on our customers and deliver real improvements for you and for the wider community.

During the three years of this plan, we will:

  • Investigate ways to get more regular feedback from our customers about our services.
  • Complete a big customer satisfaction survey asking all tenants for their views.
  • Collect feedback about as many of our services as possible, immediately after we have completed a task. For example, straight after a repair has been completed.
  • Collect and use information about our customers, such as age and disability, and use this to help shape our services.
  • Work with local community groups to promote job and Board opportunities at Maryhill Housing so that our staff team and Board reflect our communities.
  • Make sure that our frontline staff are involved in learning from complaints from customers.
