In 2022/23, our focus has been on supporting our tenants through the cost of living crisis. We have also been working hard on large investment projects for many of our properties, which will help ensure our tenants' homes are warmer and more efficient.
Our 2023 Annual Review looks at how we have been performing in relation to repairs, improvements to our properties, our relationship with our customers, access to housing and support and our work in the neighbourhood and community.
