Office closure over the festive period

Our Garrioch Road office will close at 5pm on Wednesday, 24th December 2025 for the Christmas break and will re-open at 9am on Tuesday, 6th January 2026.

Although our staff at this office won’t be working over the festive period, you can still report an emergency repair by calling our main office number, 0141 946 2466.

You will be asked to select an option from the automated menu. If you can’t get through on the main line, please refer to the following emergency telephone numbers:

If your repair relates to a gas or central heating breakdown, please call Sureserve Compliance on 0141 673 2311.

If your repair relates to a lift breakdown, please call Classic Lifts on 0141 578 0330.

For all other emergency repairs, please call Bell Group on 0141 673 2394.

Locks View customers

If your repair relates to a lift breakdown at Locks View (1809/1819 Maryhill Rd, 32 Whitelaw Street), please call Schindler on 0800 335 566.
