We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted as a finalist in four categories at the 2023 Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Awards:

  • Excellence in Development for Affordable Housing (in partnership with Cruden) for Locks View, a development of 62 new homes for social rent, mid-market rent and New Supply Shared Equity (NSSE).

  • Working in Partnership (with YoMo) for providing services for young people in the Maryhill area.

  • The Marion Gibbs Award for Equality in Housing (in partnership with Fair Way Scotland) for supporting individuals in the community who need help accessing public funds.

  • Apprentice of the Year for Pamela Gibson, our Development Trainee who, since joining Maryhill Housing in February this year, has completed the GEM programme, led our acquisitions programme, identified opportunities for purchasing homes for mid-market rent and developed a business case for doing so.

The Awards take place in Glasgow on Friday, 27th October 2023. The full list of finalists for each category can be found here.
