Fill in our online survey at https://forms.office.com/e/DMMFX8t4Bv by Wednesday 14th February to be in with a chance to win a £20 gift card.

Maryhill Housing is committed to developing places to feel proud of. We have been working with the Eastpark Residents’ Association and the tenants and owners of the tenements at Leyden Street/Sandfield Street/Bilsland Drive and Maryhill Road to find a solution to the issue of the current back court bin store area not being fit for purpose.

We have carried out a pilot project at 9 Leyden Street to demolish the old bin store and replace it with a fenced enclosure that can house modern wheelie bins.

Please do visit the bin area to see if you think this is an improvement on the current arrangement.

We would like to know if we should deliver a project to carry out similar work to all of the bin stores in Leyden Gardens, including yours.

We need your views

We held a drop-in event on 18th December 2023 to gather residents' views. Unfortunately, no one attended this session.

At the moment, we do not know if the project is supported and whether it should be included in our budget for 2024/25.

Instead, we have developed an online survey to gather feedback on the proposals. Please complete this by Wednesday 14th February 2024 and be entered into a draw to win a £20 supermarket voucher.

Click here to view our digital leaflet which outlines the background information to this consultation and what this will mean for tenants and owners.

Once you have read the leaflet, please fill out this short online form to let us know what you think about the proposal.
