We are pleased to advise that our Garrioch Road office will re-open to customers full-time from Monday 11th April.  From this date, customers will be able to attend at the office in person between 9.00am and 5.00pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and between 9.00am and 1.00pm on Wednesdays.

Our Financial Support Team will also commence drop-in sessions from Monday 11th April.  These sessions will be available every week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 9.00am and 12.00pm.

We also wish to advise customers who may be attending the office during week commencing Monday 4th April (before we re-open fully) that works will be taking place to allow a new CCTV system to be installed. 
The works are expected to last for 2.5 days.  We aim to minimise any interuption to customers' service as much as possible by having the external works carried out whilst the office is open.  There may, however, be some unavoidable disruption; particulary surrounding the reception area while new cabling is installed.  We would take this opportunity to thank customers in advance for their patience and understanding.
