Our contractor, Engie, will be carrying out routine cleaning of the water storage tanks within some of our blocks this week.  Letters have already been sent to the affected properties informing customers of this.

This work will take place at 200 and 220 Shiskine Drive and 545 Sandbank Street on Thursday 17th March.  As a result of this necessary work, the water supply will be turned off for customers in these areas between 8.00am and 4.00pm on this date.

Works will also take place at 1 and 5 Lyndale Place on Friday 18th March.  Again, as a result of this necessary work, the water supply will be turned off for the customers in these areas between 8.00am and 4.00pm on this date.

We would advise that you store some water before the supply is turned off.  Fill some pots and pans so that you can refill your kettle from these.  If you fill a bucket with water, you can use this to flush your toilet as you won’t be able to do this in the normal way during this time.  During the period of temporary interruption, please keep all taps turned off and do not use any appliances within your home which require a water supply.

If your water supply has not been restored by the time/date stated above, please contact us on 0141 946 2466.

We apologise for any inconvenience this essential maintenance work will cause and thank you in advance for your understanding and co-operation.  If you have any queries about this work, please contact a member of our Neighbourhood Team (Concierge) in the first instance.  The Neighbourhood Team station is located at the base of 29 Glenavon Road.  Alternatively, you can call the team directly on 0141 948 1124.
