As part of Maryhill Housing’s 2022/23 investment plan, we will be upgrading the foyers in our mini-multi properties at Fearnmore Road and 266 Cumlodden Drive.  These proposed works will include new ceilings, new walls, new floor finishes and two new controlled-access doors (at the front and side of each block).
 
Before the Association instructs a contractor to carry out these works, we would like to discuss them in more detail with customers and get customers' views.
 
Customers are invited to meet with our Investment Manager, Allan Dawson, on Monday 6th June 2022 from 5.00pm-6.00pm at Ledgowan Hall, Ledgowan Place, Glasgow.
