CCG (Scotland) Ltd will begin the next phase of installing new common area fire doors within our properties from Wednesday 28th April. This includes the riser doors, drying room doors and landing doors. Customers in the affected blocks will be issued with new keys to the drying rooms.
The table below details when works will be carried out to each block.

The operatives from CCG will do their best to keep disruption to a minimum however there will be some noise in the common landings while the works are carried out.
All doors on a level will be replaced in one day. CCG will place signage in the areas they are working in to alert residents. Lifts will remain operational while CCG carry out the works.
Please be aware that all CCG staff will have valid proof of ID on them. They will also be using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhering to the social distancing guidelines at all times. We would respectfully ask that all residents minimise contact with the operatives while they are carrying out their work. To keep both you and the operatives safe, please stand at least two metres away from them where you can.
