Maryhill Housing's Tenancy Sustainment Service helps tenants address the issues that matter to them.

Our Tenancy Sustainment Service (TSS) was established in 2023. Between July of that year and December 2025, the team conducted 1,480 home visits and 1,130 phone calls to tenants in need of assistance.

In April 2026, the TSS was 'highly commended' in the Community Impact Award category at the Share Awards, held in Glasgow.

This is a free service for tenants who:

  • Are New Scots
  • Are experiencing addiction issues
  • Have children under 16
  • Have previously been homeless
