Independent Member Eli joined the Board in December 2025 and is Policy Lead at the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations and brings a strong knowledge of the social housing sector and the policy environment that shapes it. Eli joined the Board to use her skills and experience to support the Associations vision of providing great homes in thriving communities.
