Joanne Reid

Joanne is the head of service responsible for the Housing Management, Neighbourhood and Community Regeneration Teams.  Joanne’s aim is for all our teams to work together with the wider organisation to provide an excellent housing management and neighbourhood service with a strong focus on customers.  Joanne also oversees the management of our Community Regeneration Services to ensure that funding applications are submitted to provide local community driven services such as Young Movers (yomo), the pop up shop provided by the Halliday Foundation and the Customer Kitty.

Our Housing Officers are each responsible for the  management of their own individual patches and, as a team, we enjoy working with and supporting all of our residents.
