Based in the north of Glasgow, Maryhill Housing has been established for over 40 years. We own over 3000 rented properties and provide a factoring service to over 700 units. Not only will this role provide you with the opportunity to work with Maryhill Housing, you will also work alongside the Development Team of our neighbouring partners, Queens Cross Housing Association. You will have the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of development projects. You will assist in the delivery of the development programme of Maryhill Housing and our partner organisations and work with the Development Team on housing and environmental investment projects to regenerate our neighbourhoods.

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others; including customers, contractors and other stakeholders. You will have experience of working to deadlines and analysing and reporting information in an accurate and professional manner.
We are looking for someone with the right attitude and approach who can respond positively and flexibly to change. You will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent IT skills and be confident using Microsoft Office packages.
This role has a salary banding of Grade 4 (£22,197-£25,101). In addition, you will receive an excellent benefits package which includes 25 days annual leave (pro rata), 15 days public holiday (pro rata) and access to a contributory pension scheme.
