At Maryhill Housing, our Caretaking and Estate Management service has made a real impact on our communities. We are recruiting for a seasonal Neighbourhood Caretaker to support our team over our peak period. You should be a friendly self-starter with the ability to think on your feet to solve problems and have an eye on excellent customer service at all times. We also need you to be able to drive to work across our spread of properties.
This role has a salary banding of £18,644 – £19,542 (EVH Grade TAS2). In addition, you will receive an excellent benefits package which includes 25 days annual leave, 15 days public holiday and access to a contributory pension scheme. The seasonal role will be temporary for a period up to October 2021.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following:
Successful record in the delivery of a high-quality cleaning or grounds maintenance services
A friendly, customer-focussed attitude
A full, valid driving licence
