At Maryhill our caretaking and estate management service is making a real positive impact on our communities. 

We are currently looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player to work within this service to provide an effective caretaking and estate management service within our stock over our peak season. 

Experience of working with ground maintenance, grass cutting and cleaning equipment is required for this seasonal role.  We also need you to be able to drive as part of this role to work across our spread of properties.

This is a seasonal role and will last for a period of 6 months.  The salary banding for this role is £17,795 - £18,653 (EVH grade TAS2) (subject to change pending salary review 1 April 2019).  In addition, you will receive an excellent benefits package which includes 25 days annual leave (pro-rata), 15 days public holidays (pro rata) with some days being fixed, and access to a contributory pension scheme. 
 
A Basic Disclosure Scotland check will apply to the successful candidate as well as reference checks.
 
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following:

  • Experience of working with ground maintenance, grass cutting and cleaning equipment

  • A friendly, customer-focussed attitude

  • A full, valid driving licence
