We are currently recruiting for an Investment Manager to join our Property Team.
You will oversee and manage delivery of the Association’s property investment programme for tenants and factored owners. You will ensure contracts are managed effectively to deliver value for money, high quality finishes and outstanding levels of customer service and satisfaction.
To be successful in this role we are looking for someone with experience in programme and project management as well as experience in formal contract management gained in a property repairs and maintenance setting. We need you to be used to working in a customer focused environment and delivering excellent customer care, while still making sure that you get value for money in everything that you do.
You will also require knowledge of current health and safety legislation and CDM requirements which affect the delivery of planned maintenance projects.
You will be educated to degree level or above and/or have equivalent relevant experience. You will have the ability to innovate and develop practical solutions to any challenges you may encounter. To be successful in this role you will require the ability to challenge appropriately and take relevant action to address poor performance. We are looking for someone with excellent IT skills in using Microsoft Office packages including excel and project, as well as PRINCE2 or equivalent.
The successful applicant will be required to undertake a Basic Disclosure check.
This role has a salary banding of £41,884 - £45,315 (EVH Grade 8).
In addition, you will receive an excellent benefits package, which includes 25 days annual leave, 15 days public holiday and access to a contributory pension scheme.
