An opportunity has arisen within our Corporate team for an ICT Technical Support Officer. This will be a fixed term role for a period of 6 months.

The ICT Technical Support Officer is responsible for the provision of timely and effective ICT support services to Maryhill Housing, including the provision of technical advice, problem identification, and resolution and troubleshooting. The role will assist with hardware and software support and maintenance to enable the continued provision of essential services.

To be successful in this role, you need to have a good eye for detail, be able to produce accurate work under pressure and be a team player. The ability to prioritise your work with your colleagues to meet departmental objectives is crucial.  We’re also looking for someone who has excellent hands on knowledge and experience of working with Cloud based technologies, Microsoft on-premise technologies and Virtualised server infrastructures.
