We are currently recruiting for an experienced Factoring Manager to join our team for a fixed term period until the end of March 2019.

Working closely with our Director of Operations, other Heads of Department and our wider Senior Management Team, the successful candidate will lead and be responsible for managing our factoring operations and have the ability to drive performance improvement and deliver value for money to our factored owners.  An in-depth knowledge and understanding of factoring in Scotland is critical as you will be expected to provide advice and guidance to both customers and other strategic departments within the organisation involved in the service delivery of our factored portfolio.

The successful candidate will have the ability to thrive under pressure, cope with a busy and demanding workload and be a team player.  The ability to prioritise your work to meet departmental objectives is also very important, as is the need to be ‘hands on’ with service delivery.

Exceptional communication skills are a pre-requisite as you will need to communicate well with people at all levels including both internal and external stakeholders.
