We are currently recruiting in partnership with Step Up Glasgow.
Step Up Glasgow is a programmed launched by Glasgow Chamber of Commerce exclusively for Glasgow’s young people and businesses. 

 This programme offers incentives to employers to create job opportunities for 16–24-year-olds.  This is delivered in partnership with Glasgow City Council as part of the Young Person’s Guarantee.

The posts are for 6 months, during which time you will also work with Jobs and Business Glasgow to develop your transferrable skills whilst gaining practical expierence at Maryhill Housing.  

To be eligible to apply for the roles you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be aged between 16 and 24;
  • Live within the Glasgow City Council boundaries;
  • Have been unemployed for at least one day;
  • Not be in receipt of Universal Credit.

Maryhill Housing have 2 roles on offer:

Customer Adviser Trainee 
25 hours per week – Fixed term for 6 months
Maryhill Housing - Customer Adviser | Glasgow Chamber of Commerce

Neighbourhood Caretaker Trainee
25 hours per week – Fixed term for 6 months
Maryhill Housing - Neighbourhood Caretaker | Glasgow Chamber of Commerce

The roles are paid in line with Glasgow Living Wage.
