The Role
We are currently recruiting for a part-time Customer Adviser (for a fixed period until March 2022) to join our fast-paced and exciting Customer Contact Team.  With customer focus at the heart of everything that you do, you will have experience of working in a demanding and pressured environment (preferably in a social housing role) and responding to a range of telephone and face to face enquiries; with the aim of resolving these at the first point of contact.
This role requires experience of working in a performance-driven environment and demands a drive to continuously improve customer services.  You should be self-motivated with excellent communication skills and be able to plan and manage your own workload effectively.  Excellent IT skills, in particular the use of MS Office packages, are really important.  Experience of using housing management software would be advantageous.
On Offer
This role has a salary banding of £25,044 - £27,832 (EVH grade 5) (pro-rata).  In addition, you will receive an excellent benefits package which includes 25 days annual leave (pro rata), 15 days public holiday (pro rata) and access to a contributory pension scheme.
