Based in the north of Glasgow, Maryhill Housing has been established for over 40 years. We own over 3000 rented properties and provide a factoring service to over 2000 units. With customer focus at the heart of everything that you do, responding to a range of telephone and face to face enquiries, with the aim of resolving these at first point of contact. You will be involved in arranging appointments for tenants, contractors and staff in relation to repairs, welfare rights and housing options. You will also provide administrative and general support to the Housing Management team.
This role requires you to have:
- Good level of interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
- Good level of IT skills using Microsoft Office packages
- Skills in working with others e.g. courteous, respond positively to requests for help from internal and external partners.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure with effective supervision
- Ability to respond positively and flexibly to change.
As this is a modern apprenticeship, due to funding restrictions, you must be aged between 16-24 to be able to apply for this role.
This role has a salary banding of £17,338 - £19,947 (EVH Grade 3)
Working towards successful completion of SVQ Level 3 – Customer Services
