Community Regeneration Officer
Maternity Cover- 10 months fixed term contract
Full Time – 35 Hours 
EVH Grade 7 - £35,022-£38,456


The Role
The role of Community Regeneration Officer requires you to successfully support the Community Regeneration Manager in the planning and delivery of community regeneration initiatives to deliver real benefits to the Association’s customers and the wider Maryhill community.  You are required to maximise inward investment into Maryhill and work in partnership to ensure community regeneration initiatives help Maryhill Housing provide the best homes in places where people love to live, work and play.

You will successfully contribute to the delivery of the Association’s Community Regeneration strategy and review of strategy including supporting the Community Regeneration Manager to consult customers and key stakeholders to inform development of the strategy. You will assist with the identification of projects from Community Benefits and support and advise teams across the Association to ensure contractual Community Benefits are realised.
You will have experience of developing and delivering community regeneration initiatives 
as well as having experience of successfully applying for external funding streams to support regeneration activities

You will have excellent communication skills, verbal, presentational and written for a variety of audiences along with excellent relationship management skills and the ability to find innovative solutions to complex problems involving different interests and parties. 

On Offer
This is for a maternity cover post for a period of 10 months and comes with a salary banding of £35,022-£38,456 pro rata (EVH grade 7). In addition, you will receive an excellent benefits package, including 25 days annual leave and 15 public holidays (pro rata)
