The Role
The role of Community Regeneration Manager requires you to successfully lead the planning and delivery of community regeneration initiatives to empower the Association’s customers to address poverty and improve their lives. You will be required to maximise inward investment into Maryhill and work in partnership to ensure regeneration initiatives help to deliver sustainable regeneration and homes and neighbourhoods to feel proud of.
You will have experience of developing and delivering sustainable regeneration initiatives that are financially independent as well as having experience of successfully applying for external funding streams to support regeneration activities
 
You will have excellent communication skills, verbal, presentational and written for a variety of audiences along with excellent relationship management skills and the ability to find innovative solutions to complex problems involving different interests and parties.
 
On Offer
This is for a permanent role and will come with a salary banding of £39,286-£42,505 pro rata (EVH grade 8). In addition, you will receive an excellent benefits package, including 25 days annual leave and 15 public holidays (pro rata)
