How to apply for a house

We operate an open access housing allocation policy in which anyone over 16 years of age can apply for a house.  Each application is then assessed based on a number of factors, such as being homeless, lacking certain amenities, such as inside toilet or bath, medical or social reasons and overcrowding your present accommodation.  This enables us to ensure that housing is allocated to those who need it most.
