Community Improvement Fund

The housing Association has a Community Improvement Fund to benefit the areas where we live.

Usually, requests are considered when made via the three residents’ associations at Burgh Hall/Village, East Park and Parkhill.

An example might be enhancing a piece of spare ground but we are open to suggestions on other things - and the money is always spent fairly across the community.

The Fund is designed specifically to enhance or improve areas and not for the routine maintenance which the Association continually undertakes.

You can also write to us with a recommendation on what the money should be spent on or contact one of the local residents’ associations and we will consider the request. For details of Residents’ Associations please click here.

All three local residents associations are always on the lookout for new members.
